Terms of Business.
All goods remain the property of Para-Phenalia untill payment has been received in cleared funds in full

All items offered for sale on this site are guaranteed 100% genuine period articles and are for collection purposes only.
All foodstuffs and tobacco related items are NOT for CONSUMPTION and in the case of period tobacco items the value is in the packaging and not the contents, the latter are only for sale to over 18 yr olds and are sold as collectible items.
All my items are used original period items and will show some signs of this, every effort is made on my part to describe items accurately, should you be unhappy with any purchase a full purchase price refund will be given providing the following points are followed.

1/. Within 48 hrs of receipt of goods you should contact me via email explaining the problem.
2/. Goods must be returned in same condition as sent via similar postage method used on despatch , within 10 days of notification by email of problem. (return postage costs are not refundable)
3/.Providing the above have been complied with a full refund will be given.
4/.If notification is not received inside this time the item will be considered sold.
5/.Refunds do not apply to any item that has been tampered with, disassembled or damaged, nor to items ordered in error......

Postage.
All orders are usually despatched using Royal Mail, for items inside UK this will be using 1st Class Recorded post, all items outside UK will go via Standard Airmail Printed Paper or Standard Airmail Small Packet, fully insured options should be ordered at point of purchase and are available at cost.Every care is taken with packaging and all correct customs declarations are used to ensure your item arrives safely and with the minimum of fuss.
I am not liable for any items lost in the post, I keep all proof of postings and will assist in any claim you may have against Royal Mail by providing all relevant paperwork

Insurance
Available at cost, to be provided at customers request..........

Availability of goods.
The site is designed to only show items that are actually in stock and currently available for sale, although some items may be sold offline via shows and therefore become unavailable..... should this happen you will be notified immediately via email and any such item purchases will be refunded in full
